Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseas customer call-off receiving, customer call-off review.
- Ensure customer & factory delivery rate, customer satisfaction, etc.
- Returnable packaging management – order of empties.
- Transport management – order of the transport via customer portal, communication with forwarders.
- Delivery planning on weekly and monthly bases.
- Leads meeting with customers.
- Communicates all the ongoing questions and issues with customers.
- Turn-over tracking on weekly and monthly bases.
- Inventory management and tracking.
- Logistics complaint management.
Requirements:
- Collage degree or above
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
- Communicative, open-minded and cooperative
