Role Description:
- This role is an HRBP (HR Business Partner) responsible for supporting each department in employee selection, development, engagement, and performance management. It involves cultivating and fostering the company culture to support the operation and business development of the company.
Responsibilities:
- To support the operation and development of the organization, you will be responsible for budget planning, employee enrollment and exit, performance management, training management, time and attendance management, team building, and integration, among other tasks.
- With a deep understanding and active participation in the business and site management of the organization, you will be responsible for the organization’s annual manpower establishment, manpower cost rate, per capita output, and other HR indicators support and operational control.
- Under the coordination of the HR Manager, you will lead or support the overall HR-specific work of the company, including curriculum development, campus recruitment, employer branding, etc.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- College degree or above.
- Experience as an HR Generalist in the same/similar industry.
- Good knowledge of HR modules, with experience in company culture cultivation preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Serbian, both in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to use English as a working language.
- Target-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
