This role focuses on promoting overall wellness within the workplace by organizing wellness programs, workshops, and events. It involves coordinating employee engagement initiatives, supporting emotional and physical health, leading group and individual wellness sessions, and managing projects to foster a healthy, connected work environment. The role also includes communication, collaboration, and leadership development support.

Job description:
- Promote Overall Wellness through workshops, courses, and certification programs, aiming to improve awareness and support mental, emotional, and physical health.
- Organize wellness interviews, small group talks, and one-on-one sessions, especially for employees facing challenges, ensuring personalized care and effective follow-up.
- Coordinate themed events (e.g. Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Children’s Day, Mid-Autumn Festival) to foster stronger community connections and emotional support.
- Plan and support soft skills trainings, leadership development courses (e.g. LDC – IMTP via Minth Academy), and connect employees with the right sessions to support their personal and professional growth.
- Assist with EHP initiatives including holiday celebrations, employer branding activities,
- Open Day events, and one-on-one meetings with senior management.
- Support the implementation of local sports and wellness initiatives (e.g. marathons, sports clubs) to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle.
- Contribute to the promotion and communication of wellness and cultural programs by editing posts, recording broadcasts, and maintaining visibility across internal channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Work, Health & Wellness, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Wellness Program Coordination or Employee Engagement, focusing on workplace wellness.
- Experience organizing group workshops, employee development programs, and relationship-building initiatives (e.g., couple camps, family sessions).
- Strong communication skills for creating engaging content, conducting interviews, and leading workshops.
- High empathy and emotional intelligence to support employees facing challenges.
- Strong project management skills for coordinating wellness initiatives and events.
- Effective collaboration and teamwork with diverse stakeholders, including employees, leadership, and external vendors.
