MAE manufactures battery housings, trim and decorative parts. Key Responsibilities：

• Oversee energy accounting and management for the entire MAE-Loznica factory, including water, electricity, and gas control.
• Manage and inspect high and low-voltage distribution rooms, ensuring regular maintenance and preventing power outages.
• Maintain equipment files and manage spare parts inventory.
• Address technical issues related to electricity throughout the equipment lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain an efficient spare parts inventory, participating in installation and commissioning processes.
• Analyze equipment failures, develop improvement plans, and oversee execution.
• Provide troubleshooting support during production processes to ensure timely task completion.
• Coordinate training sessions for maintenance staff to reduce equipment downtime.
• Implement effective Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) plans to solve recurring failures and optimize equipment operation.
• Respond swiftly to major failures and implement necessary decisions.

Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Mechatronics/Industrial Automation/Machinery Manufacturing and Automation or other related majors. 
• Possess expertise in dealing with high-voltage electricity and hold a valid license in Serbia for working with such systems.
• Integrity and honesty, hardworking and pragmatic, strong sense of responsibility.   
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
