Main Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and repair complex equipment issues, while documenting solutions to build an internal experience database.
2. Provide guidance and hands-on training for maintenance workers to improve their technical skills and efficiency.
3. Oversee routine equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations and train production staff on proper equipment usage.
4. Manage and monitor the inventory of spare parts to avoid downtime and ensure timely availability.
5. Assist the department in achieving key KPIs and other operational goals.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Automation or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in equipment engineering or maintenance.
3. Proficiency in English as a working language.
4. Technical Knowledge and Skills:
   • Strong understanding of the working principles of various equipment and the ability to quickly grasp the mechanics and structure of specific machines.
   • Proficiency in writing and modifying PLC programs, with a focus on Siemens PLC.
   • Ability to design and interpret circuit diagrams and mechanical drawings.
