Job Purpose:

The Equipment Mechanical Engineer is responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production equipment. This role involves troubleshooting, debugging, technical documentation, and collaborating with teams to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, monitor production line efficiency, and maintain quality control.
2. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, calibration, and repairs on equipment.
3. Diagnose and analyze equipment failures, develop effective repair solutions, and optimize machine performance.
4. Participate in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
5. Maintain technical documentation, including maintenance records, troubleshooting reports, and operating procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
3. Proficiency in reading and creating technical drawings using CAD software.
4. Advanced English fluency.
5. Work effectively under pressure and make quick, data-driven decisions when required.
