Position Summary

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Loznica, who will support new product development and ensure efficient transition from project planning to mass production. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, track project progress, manage technical documentation, and support process and cost optimization. You will also work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve technical and quality issues while continuously improving manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for new project development, assist business department preliminary engineering analysis of new products, and conduct new project feasibility assessment
• Coordinate new technology development and standardization with CTO
• Conduct project preliminary planning, project task assignment, development progress tracking and reporting, and making product development files
• Responsible for key nodes of plant in product development process
• Coordinate cost management of new product development with Finance Dept
• Responsible for new project development client evaluation, keeping and improving customer relationship
• Responsible for mass production technology management, including controlling and updating technology requirement and files, solving quality problems from clients or site, and promote product integrative competence
• Coordinate packaging design and improvement, and continuous packaging cost reduction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Relevant experience in the field, experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Strong proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Office software and project management knowledge and skills;
• Familiar with Microsoft Project, CAD software, MSA and SPC;
• Acquired APQP, FMEA, PPAP
