Job Description:

• Develop and oversee the implementation of the factory quality annual policy plan
• Formulate the annual budget for the Quality Assurance Department
• Coordinate and plan departmental personnel deployment to achieve departmental KPI goals
• Design and implement skills training programs and team-building activities for department personnel
• Promote the implementation of corporate culture and establish a quality culture
• Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management or project management
• Proficient in utilizing quality management methods and tools to solve problems
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in English
