As an L&D and EHP Specialist, you serve as a key driver of human potential, workplace well-being, and organizational culture. This role bridges corporate goals and employee needs by fostering continuous professional growth, promoting core company values, and ensuring a supportive, engaged, and connected workforce across facilities.

What You’ll Do

Learning & Development (L&D)

Training Design & Facilitation: Prepare, develop, and deliver high-impact training modules, workshops, and onboarding programs tailored for various levels
Educational Strategy: Identify training needs, coordinate learning schedules, and maintain comprehensive course catalogs

Corporate Culture & Values Promotion: Actively promote and embed the company’s core values and corporate culture into daily operations, communication channels, and employee interactions.
Internal Communications & Employer Branding: Oversee and prepare internal news publishing, manage employee spotlight initiatives (e.g. Role Model features)

Employee Well-being & Individual Support (EHP)

Individual Support: Provide dedicated assistance and conduct confidential individual check-ins/conversations with employees 
Employee Assistance & Engagement: Implement initiatives designed to reduce workplace stress, foster a healthy work-life balance, and enhance overall employee satisfaction.

Corporate & Cultural Events: Plan, organize, and execute engaging company-wide events (e.g., New Year celebration, Women’s Day, Easter, Mid-Autumn Festival)
Community Initiatives: Create interactive spaces and engagement projects (such as employee hobby exhibitions and team-building activities) to bridge different plant locations and departments.

1. What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in human resources or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and creative platforms
• Good command of English.
