What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring candidates receive an exceptional hiring and onboarding experience from first conversation through their first day.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting based on assigned positions. (blue-collars or white collars)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Strong data analysis especially hiring report consolidation
• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
• Prepare and extend employment offers while assisting with negotiations and candidate acceptance
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, employment verification, and pre-employment requirements
• Support new hire onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition into the organization
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and requisition status
• Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing plants or who handled mass recruiting is a plus for us
• Experience filling “hard to fill” roles
• strong data analysis skills and can do data integration and familair with relevant tools such as microsoft excel, power BI, etc.
• Better to have bilingual language skills including Serbian and English
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support daily HR operations, with a particular focus on learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with department managers to identify training and development needs across the organization
• Design, coordinate, and implement learning and development programs aligned with business objectives
• Organize activities, training sessions, workshops, and employee development initiatives
• Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously improve learning programs
• Maintain training records, track employee development progress, and prepare related reports
• Participate in HR projects related to employee development, talent growth, and organizational capability building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field
• Relevant HR experience preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent Serbian and good command of English

We are on the lookout for an entry-level Material Planner to join our team in Loznica.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and ordering materials based on customer demand
• Ensures undisrupted supply of materials to keep production running smoothly
• Analyzes material plan, production plan, and inventory data to determine material needs
• Maintain and update the material master database to support efficient inventory
• Identifies root cause of overstock and understock, and applies appropriate actions to ensure prevention of recurrence
• Oversees logistics and transportation of goods to the plant

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree or above
• Proficient in office software, inventory control, production process
• Good command of English

Location: Loznica, Serbia

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of the equipment maintenance team.
• Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Assist the Equipment Maintenance Manager in developing maintenance plans and technical documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting.
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians.
• Ensure safe operation of production equipment and compliance with company safety standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality departments to support manufacturing operations.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team management experience.
• Fluent English and Serbian.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Good communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Minth Group is hiring an entry-level Delivery Specialist to join our team on-site in Loznica. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Receive orders from customers; Order management and review; Drawing up the internal delivery plan with the high accuracy data to the production plant
• Delivery tracking
• Be responsible for the 3PL warehouse management, including the logistics agreement signing, account checking and differences disposition, standard establishment, annual audit and monthly statistics
• Account checking for the delivery details of overseas projects
• Overseas logistics cost control, analysis of abnormal cost
• Be responsible for the OTD(On time delivery) rate in customer and plant side, committed to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• College degree or above in related field
• Familiarity with international trade and logistics
• Proficiency in English
