Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer quality concerns, complaints, and all customer quality-related topics.
• Ensure timely communication and response to customer claims through customer portals, meetings, and daily coordination.
• Lead root cause analysis activities using methodologies such as Ishikawa and 5 Why.
• Together with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT), define and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence of issues and monitor their effectiveness.
• Track and report customer quality KPIs, including claims, PPM, COPQ, sorting activities, and escalation status.
• Support customer audits and ensure compliance with automotive quality standards, especially IATF 16949 requirements.
• Cooperate closely with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as:
  • 8D Reports
  • Quality Alerts
  • Customer Reports
  • Control Plans
• Maintain accurate claim records and ensure alignment between internal systems and customer B2B portals.
• Support customer visits, resident engineer activities, and sorting activities when required.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on customer satisfaction and process stability.
• Conduct regular customer visits, build and maintain strong communication and relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in customer quality within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of automotive quality tools and methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, Control Plan).
• Good understanding of IATF 16949 standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Experience working with customer portals and handling customer claims.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English language, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office package.

We are on the lookout for a QMS Engineer to join our team in Loznica. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Quality Management System in alignment with industry standards and customer requirements. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and supporting cross-functional teams in achieving quality excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and conduct periodic quality awareness, QMS, process, and audit-related training, and support regular quality improvement activities across Serbia operations
• Coordinate the preparation plan and cross-functional team activities for external audits, including IATF 16949 certification/recertification audits, customer audits, and other quality system audits
• Lead and coordinate IATF 16949 related activities, including audit preparation, documentation readiness, internal follow-up, corrective action tracking, and verification of effectiveness.
• Monitor QMS implementation across production areas and support departments to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and internal standards
• Support the follow-up and closure of internal and external audit nonconformities, ensuring root cause analysis, corrective actions, implementation evidence, and effectiveness verification are completed on time
• Cooperate with production, engineering, quality, logistics, HR, and other functions to continuously improve QMS effectiveness and compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Quality or Industrial Engineering preferred
• Good knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements; knowledge of VDA standards and automotive Core Tools is an advantage
• Experience with internal/process audits, corrective action management, and document control
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple audit and QMS activities simultaneously

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of the equipment maintenance team.
• Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Assist the Equipment Maintenance Manager in developing maintenance plans and technical documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting.
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians.
• Ensure safe operation of production equipment and compliance with company safety standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality departments to support manufacturing operations.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team management experience.
• Fluent English and Serbian.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Good communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
