Job description:

• Understand and grasp the market price and technical information in real time, continuously collect and improve the procurement resource library, organize and review potential suppliers, and broaden the supplier resource pool;
• According to the relevant systems and operating specifications of the group’s procurement, combined with the category procurement strategy, the cost analysis model is used to complete the fixed-point pricing of new project materials, and complete the contract signing and settlement;
• Complete the annual price negotiation of the material category in charge and achieve the cost reduction target;
• Assist the GADC department to conduct cost assessment in the RFQ stage;
• Collect supplier cost, quality, delivery and other information, and assist purchasing managers to improve category procurement strategies. Regularly collect and analyze key procurement data, including key data such as procurement cost reduction, provisional estimated amount payable, and delivery achievement rate;
• Complete the temporary tasks arranged by the department.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Can accept fresh graduates)
• Basic procurement knowledge or related work
• Must be able to speak Chinese language (HSK 5 certificate or above) 
• Proficient in office software, business administration, financial management and communication skills
