What You’ll Do

• Local Employee Relations: Manage employee relations activities, address employee inquiries and concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Recruitment & Staffing: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and support workforce planning to ensure timely and effective hiring.
• Compensation & Benefits: Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, maintain accurate employee compensation records, and assist with salary reviews, benefits administration, and payroll-related activities.
• Local Regulatory Compliance: Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with applicable local labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate employee documentation, monitor regulatory changes, and support HR audits and compliance reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in human resources or a similar role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command of English.
